Travel Themes.

The themes around which it is possible to focus a trip to Israel are many: History, religions, archeology, architecture, cuisine and lifestyle, high tech ... All these areingredients around which the country's heritage is established.

Historical Tours

Since the beginning of human history, peoples and cultures crossed paths on this land. I was a buffer zone between Sumer, Mesopotamia and Egypt of the Pharaohs, prehistoric man lived there. Egyptians, Assyrians, Hebrews, Canaanites, Philistines, Persians, Greeks, Romans and Byzantines left us traces of their civilization. Arabs, Crusaders, Mamelukes, Ottomans, and the British are also part of the turbulent history of Israel.

Even for us who live and guide here, when we stand in front of the Sennacherib ramp at Lakhish, at Solomon's stables at Megiddo, see Peter's house in Capernaum, or visit the Gamla Synagogue, we can see the history transpiring in front of our eyes…

Which period interests you? From the Neolithic up to modern Israel, through ancient Egyptian, Assyrian, first and second temple, Persian, Greek, Roman, Byzantine, Islam, Crusaders, Mameluke, Ottomans, the first Jewish emigrations, WWI the charge of the Australian Light Cavalry or the British mandate, we will construct the right itinerary that suits your interest.

Wine production in Israel has grown exponentially with a focus on excellent quality and great diversity. Sun-drenched, growing areas range from small organic vineyards in the desert to large expanses in the Galilee hills with an international reputation.

Pastoralism was part of local culture for millennia, goat- and sheep cheese production is wide and varied.

Olive Oil is a staple product and offers a wide variety of choices.

Architecture Tours

It is in the Middle East that prehistoric man built his first houses. Here, one can follow the evolution of human habitation from birth up to modern skyscrapers with great architecture through the Bauhaus school (in Tel Aviv Bauhaus neighborhoods are classified UNESCO heritage).
